Our concept / nuestro concepto
Welcome to TAPhouse (Training & Pub House) gym. I wanted to take a minute to introduce my concept. It is a botique gym that has everything you need to get a good workout. Cardio, Free Weights and plate loaded machines
After training in powerlifting, running 3 previous gyms, working through injuries and getting older I have adapted my own training routine to accommodate my needs. I want to bring all of that to my gym in Chelem. I look forward to elite athletes, those that know how to train on their own and people that need help...all are welcome

The gym will allows those to train on their own and we also offer Personal Training at an additional cost.
Bienvenido al gimnasio TAPhouse (Training & Pub House). Quería tomarme un minuto para presentar mi concepto. Es un gimnasio boutique que tiene todo lo que necesitas para hacer un buen entrenamiento. Máquinas de cardio, pesas libres y discos cargados
Después de entrenar en levantamiento de pesas, correr 3 gimnasios anteriores, trabajar con lesiones y envejecer, he adaptado mi propia rutina de entrenamiento para satisfacer mis necesidades. Quiero llevar todo eso a mi gimnasio en Chelem. Espero atletas de élite, los que sepan entrenar solos y las personas que necesiten ayuda... todos son bienvenidos.
